CONFIDENTIAL REPORTING
Compliance is the responsibility of every person in Otsuka and we maintain open lines of communication for all employees when they have a question regarding a company policy, or when they are faced with an ethical dilemma.
Our policy is to encourage employees to report anything that they believe is putting patients, our people or our business at risk. We have established a hotline for reporting violations or possible violations with the option for reporters to remain anonymous. Each report will be investigated and appropriate action taken.
For business partners, our Speak Up Line is available to consult with or report any suspected or actual misconduct or violations of laws/regulations by any person associated with Otsuka group.

Otsuka Australia Pharmaceutical is a signatory to The Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO) and shares the objective of achieving more sustainable packaging across the value chain: keeping packaging materials out of landfill and retaining maximum value of the materials, energy and labour within the local economy.
